I hear the cracking of bones

and it is a lovely tone

i hear the crackling of fire

on top of a pyre

i think of the sound of a knife plunging

while in a dungeon

i think of glass breaking

as you go through a raking

there are a ton of sounds

some just fall with a bound

the best sound of all

is the sound of the writhing thrall

This is one of your most interesting -- yet disturbing -- poems. I enjoyed it very much. But it makes me believe its poet is a bit disturbed. lol
